Wild Tech Pty Ltd is a rapidly growing technology company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions in the software development industry. We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join our team in Sydney.

Job Summary:

The Technical Consultant will provide technical expertise and leadership in designing, implementing, and supporting customized business solutions using D365 Business Central & Power Platform. This role involves analyzing client requirements, designing tailored solutions, and configuring Business Central to meet specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design and Customization:
    - Analyze client requirements to design and implement customized D365 Business Central and Power Platform solutions.
    - Configure and customize Business Central to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
    - Develop custom applications and automation workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • System Integration:
    - Design and implement integrations between D365 Business Central and third-party platforms, such as SalesForce, SQL server, Procore, KeyPay, and Bamboo.
    - Configure and test API keys, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange between systems.
    - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising from system integrations.
  • Client Interaction and Support:
    - Engage with clients to understand their operational processes and provide technical solutions to enhance performance.
    - Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions.
    - Monitor and maintain system performance, applying updates and patches as necessary.
  • Advanced Configuration and Licensing:
    - Configure advanced warehousing modules within Business Central to streamline inventory and logistics operations.
    - Provide strategic advice on the licensing and deployment of Business Central across client organizations.
  • Collaboration and Documentation:
    - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
    - Document technical specifications, processes, and troubleshooting guides for future reference.
    - Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Appropriate tertiary degree and/or proven recent work experience in a similar role
  • Certifications in ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or others are highly valued
  • Permission to work in Australia
