Director of Educational Programs

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic leader to join our team as a Director of Educational Programs.

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the centre, ensuring high-quality programs for each child.
  • Lead, motivate and support the team, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and align with regulatory requirements.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and experience in leading and managing a team. They will be able to establish a culture of reflective practice and provide guidance and support to educators.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs for each child, including curriculum planning and delivery.
  • Lead and mentor the team, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.

What we are looking for:

  • A completed Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team, with a focus on education and child development.
  • Ability to establish a culture of reflective practice, with a focus on continuous improvement.
