As an early childhood professional, you have the unique opportunity to work with our experienced team and gain valuable skills in childcare. We are seeking tertiary students studying toward a qualification in Early Years to join our placement program.
Job Description:
Our placement will provide you with hands-on experience in an early childhood setting, where you will be able to develop your skills and knowledge in childcare. You will be paired with a host supervisor who will guide and mentor you throughout your placement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gain experience of the day-to-day life of an early childhood educator
* Develop respectful and collaborative relationships with children and professionals within the service
* Participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs for children
Student Requirements:
* Currently studying toward Certificate 3 in Children's Services, Diploma of Children's Services, Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Teaching), or other relevant early childhood related qualification
* Hold a current Working with Children Check
* Provide a signed Student Placement Agreement including the education provider's insurance documentation
