About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for tertiary students to gain hands-on experience in Early Years Services. The role offers a unique chance to develop essential skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

The placement will provide you with the opportunity to shadow experienced educators, develop respectful relationships with professionals, children, and families, and demonstrate positive interactions with children.

  • Gain practical experience by shadowing an Early Childhood educator
  • Develop key skills in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs for children
  • Support the growth and development of children through play-based indoor/outdoor activities
  • Document children's learning and development effectively

To be eligible for this placement, you must be currently studying toward a qualification in Early Years, hold a valid Working with Children Check, and have a signed Student Placement Agreement.
