Work Placement Liaison Opportunity

The role of Work Placement Liaison is a vital position within our Early Childhood Education & Care team, requiring a passionate and dedicated individual to support students on their placement journey.

This part-time position involves traveling to various locations across Melbourne to visit students at their placement sites. The Work Placement Liaison will provide guidance, feedback, and support to help students excel in their professional development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit Early Childhood Education & Care students at their placement sites to offer support, guidance, and feedback.
  • Develop and manage placement plans that align with student training needs and industry expectations.
  • Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to students to facilitate their professional growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of student placements, feedback, and booklet verifications, providing reports as needed.
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher qualification.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (including LLN unit).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in the Early Childhood Education & Care sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and industry partners.
