Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist with solar system configuration, customer support and installation journey.

The successful candidate will have experience with solar and battery design, optimisation and installation, as well as sound understanding of both residential and commercial solar installations.

Responsibilities include reviewing, editing and creating system designs for residential and commercial properties, responding to customer queries and questions regarding their solar installation, and being a point of contact between electricians, design consultants and customers.

The role involves assisting with educating the sales team on new products, keeping up with changes in regulations for solar installations across all states and territories in Australia, and working alongside the Managing Director to achieve business improvements.

Solar systems require meticulous planning, technical expertise and excellent communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer experiences.
