Key Responsibilities:
  • Support NDIS participants in identifying their care requirements through assessments and planning
  • Develop, evaluate and implement tailored support plans within complex settings
  • Work collaboratively with participants and their families to develop meaningful goals and strategies using positive behaviour support frameworks
  • Ensure individual plans reflect participants' strengths, passions and goals
  • Build capacity and knowledge within teams supporting participants
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality support

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A degree-level qualification as an allied health professional
  • Experience in report writing
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a diverse caseload
  • A proactive attitude and genuine passion for working in the disability sector
