Job Title: Retail Account Manager
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and skilled account manager to oversee our retail experience projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management, financial planning, and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute campaign plans, timelines, and project plans to ensure successful delivery of retail experience projects.
- Manage account finances, including job estimates, purchase orders, project budgets, and invoice reconciliations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with the Account Director on client briefs through the creative process and manage client feedback.
- Review creative work from the studio to confirm alignment with the client brief before sharing it with the client.
- Coordinate projects with Project Managers and the Print Production Team to deliver outputs on time and within budget.
- Liaise with the wider team to report and document evidence for invoices and assist in compiling creative work to exceed client expectations.
- A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in retail and account management.
- Demonstrated experience working in an agency environment.
- Able to manage project resources and key stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in managing deadlines and time estimates.
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, active listening, agility, flexibility, and ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
