We are seeking an experienced retail or customer service professional to join our Maison on a Fixed-Term contract during peak season.The Cartier Client Relations Centre (CRC) Brand Ambassador will represent the Maison through all customer contact channels, including telephone, email, live chat, and social media.
The role involves handling client inquiries according to Cartier's standards, embodying the brand's identity and vision.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
We seek a conscientious, patient team player eager to learn and make a difference in our customers' experience.Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, and social media;Facilitate online and phone sales to achieve commercial goals;Provide brand information to clients and gather valuable feedback;Accurately process data using appropriate systems, adhering to data security policies;Report system issues promptly and suggest improvements;Identify trends in customer satisfaction and report findings;Follow company policies and maintain a professional image;Collaborate with the Client Service team for repairs and after-sales support.HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

To succeed, you will have:Experience in retail sales or customer service within the luxury/high-end goods sector or contact center/e-commerce activities;Customer service and sales orientation, with qualities like conscientiousness, patience, flexibility, politeness, eagerness to learn, and teamwork;Strong communication skills, both spoken and written;Fluency in English and Mandarin;Proficiency with PC, SAP CRM, Salesforce (a plus);Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays if needed.HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?
