Early Learning Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Learning Leader to join our centre at Dalby, Queensland.

In this role, you will work alongside our Centre Director to support our centre and team, leveraging your expertise and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

You will be responsible for mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and forging respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and the local community networks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
  • Use and implement effective strategies to drive centre performance
About the Role

In this leadership position, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children and their families.

You will be responsible for driving centre performance, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and working closely with the Centre Director to achieve centre goals.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check
