If you are passionate about Leading a team of professional educators but also being a team player offering support and guidance and enjoy interacting with young minds and are dedicated and enjoy watching young children nurture, then Milestones Early Learning Dalby are on the lookout for a permanent part-time Lead Educator.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of professional educators
- Provide support and guidance to the team
- Engage with young children and foster development within a nurturing environment
- Enjoy a 50% discount on childcare fees starting from day one.
- 10% Government rebate offered to all candidates, increasing to 15% in December 2025

About you- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent
- Bachelor's degree
- A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain
- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
