Centre Leadership Opportunity

Milestones Early Learning Dalby is a welcoming and down-to-earth centre where children aged 0–5 are supported to grow, learn, and thrive at their own pace.

Our team of passionate educators genuinely loves what they do - and it shows in the care, attention, and encouragement they give to every child.

We serve fresh, nutritious meals made onsite daily, keeping children well-fueled for play, discovery, and connection.

About the Centre's Operations

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Create lasting connections with your local community through partnerships with families, using your marketing skills to increase occupancy.
  • Support the centre to achieve National Quality Standards

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting
  • A current Working with Children's Check
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and meet safety and compliance standards
