Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating truck scheduling for external subcontractors across multiple jobs (including major projects)
  • Delivering professional, solutions-focused service to customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with NHVR and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records for drivers and contractors
  • Using internal scheduling systems to ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations
  • Onboarding and inducting new contractors

About You:

  • Experience in fleet allocation or scheduling (preferably within the transport, civil construction or Earthmoving Industry)
  • Understanding of fatigue management
  • High level organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Calm, solutions-focused attitude
  • Team-first mindset with clear communication style
