Regional Emergency Solutions Specialist, Asia Pacific

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Emergency Solutions Specialist to oversee the management and coordination of urgent cargo transportation across Asia Pacific.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of global logistics, airfreight operations, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored transportation solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Ensure seamless execution of time-critical airfreight shipments from initial booking to final delivery.
  • Track shipment status and identify potential issues to ensure safe and timely delivery of cargo.
  • Act as primary point of contact for customers.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents.
Requirements:
  • Highly skilled and experienced in airfreight operations.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, pricing structures, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
  • Capable of creating and editing documents and presentations using MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in using CargoWise for freight forwarding operations and financial entries.
  • Proficient in using Webcargonet.
