We are seeking a Marketing Specialist for the Automotive Aftermarket Division in Australia. This role involves leading the execution of the marketing plan for Australia and New Zealand, aligning with global strategy, and executing activities to increase marketing efforts.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Become well-known knowledge of key products in the Automotive Aftermarket Division to propose actions to increase marketing.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring the use of resources with the highest return on investment.
  • Monitor results, refine improvement points, and develop effective marketing promotions/programs with the Sales and Application Engineering team.
  • Demand planning based on Programs and portfolios.
  • Validate industry implementation of marketing activities, take the voice of the customer, and promote improvements.
  • Connect market opportunities with the activation of key actions in Marketing, segment management, and partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of related working experience in marketing function or related industry.
  • Innovative, good analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
  • Solid problem-solving and execution.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
