Country Activation Marketer for Automotive Aftermarket Division, Australia & New Zealand — 3M, North Ryde, New South Wales, Australia
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the Marketing Plan for Australia and New Zealand.
- Alignment with global strategy, definition of activities, execution of activities.
- Well-known knowledge of key 3M Automotive Aftermarket Division products to propose actions to increase marketing.
- Budget management, ensuring the use of the budget with the highest return and capitalization for the business.
- Monitoring results in the execution of the plan, refining improvement points, and developing effective marketing promotions/programs with the Sales and Application Engineering team.
- Demand planning based on Programs and portfolios.
- Validate in the industry the implementation of marketing activities, take the voice of the customer, and promote improvements.
- Connect market opportunities with the activation of key actions in Marketing, segment management, and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- MBA is preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of related working experience in marketing function or related industry
- Innovative, good analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Solid problem solving and execution
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
