Job Title: Country Activation Marketing Specialist for Automotive Aftermarket Division
Job Description:As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of marketing plans in Australia and New Zealand. Your primary objective will be to align with our global strategy, define activities, and execute them effectively.
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional who can propose actions to increase marketing and drive business growth. Your ability to monitor results, refine improvement points, and develop effective marketing promotion/programs with sales and Application Engineering teams is crucial to our success.
Responsibilities:- Lead the execution of marketing plans in Australia and New Zealand
- Align with our global strategy and define activities
- Propose actions to increase marketing and drive business growth
- Monitor results and refine improvement points
- Develop effective marketing promotion/programs with sales and Application Engineering teams
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably an MBA. You should also have at least 2+ years of related working experience in marketing functions or related industries. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent coordination and communication skills are essential.
