Key Role for Marketing Innovation in Automotive Aftermarket

Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy for Australia and New Zealand. This role will be responsible for driving business growth, improving market share, and enhancing our brand presence in the region.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with our global strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing activities, including product promotions, events, and digital campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales and application engineering teams to develop effective marketing programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
