About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Professional plays a pivotal part in our organization's success, working closely with the business to source and assess top talent.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing, qualifying, and matching candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned Business Units.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of the profiles by forming and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and presenting market data decks to influence stakeholders on hiring decisions.
  • Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and executing innovative strategies.
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancing recruitment processes and candidate experience.

What You'll Need

  • 2 – 4 years' experience in corporate or agency recruitment, focusing on data analytics roles.
  • A consistent track record of success in metrics- or goal-based talent acquisition settings.
  • Strong communication skills, advising stakeholders using data and market insights.
  • Experience driving process improvements and leveraging technology to enhance recruitment practices.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Determination and a focus on delivering results.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
