About this Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator. This dynamic role acts as the conduit between clients and support crew, managing day-to-day coordination of support delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ongoing liaison and communication with clients to achieve their goals
  • Intake and risk assessment of new participants
  • Rostering and coordinating support delivery using Carelink+
  • Matching support workers to individual clients
  • Recruitment and selection of new support staff
  • Mentoring and monitoring staff work practices within the NDIS Code of Conduct framework
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the Disability or Health Sector
  • Demonstrated experience in rostering and coordinating disability services
  • Knowledge of the NDIS Framework and Community Services Funding Models
  • Experience in workforce optimization and system utilization
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
