About this Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Change Delivery Specialists to partner with multiple projects across the organisation, leveraging their expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement.

The role is based in Melbourne, with flexible working arrangements. The initial contract duration is 12 months, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans
  • Preparing business impact assessments and transition to BAU strategies
  • Leading and supporting special projects and continuous improvement activities
  • Engaging stakeholders and building relationships to drive change

Requirements

  • Previous experience in change-related roles and industries
  • Industry knowledge and experience within the disability sector and NDIS
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Candidates must be Australian Citizens and have relevant experience in the disability sector or healthcare providers, NGOs, or government organisations.
