Job Title: Delivery and Change Manager

This is a permanent full-time position responsible for driving capability uplift and success across the organization. The role entails leading a newly formed delivery and change team to identify opportunities and create strategies for implementation.

The successful candidate will prepare quarterly and annual plans in conjunction with senior leaders and utilize data analysis to measure market trends. Strong project management skills, experience guiding and leading teams, and consultant and stakeholder engagement skills are essential requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated capability in designing changes and facilitating employee adoption
