">About the Role
">We have an excellent opportunity for a Construction Law Specialist | Senior Project Lawyer to join our Commercial team on a permanent basis. This role will support our team with delivering expert legal services on this iconic construction project.
">Your key accountabilities will include:
">- Drafting and developing tender qualifications that address project risks for new or changing scopes of work.">
- Negotiating contract amendments with clients, joint venture partners, and external lawyers.">
- Supporting the resolution of contractual issues that arise on projects during delivery.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will require:
">- A minimum of 7 years PQE with a strong focus on front-end construction contracts work.">
- Bachelor of Law (LLB or equivalent).">
- Qualified to practice as a solicitor in an Australian jurisdiction – holding a current practising certificate.">
- In-depth understanding of the legal aspects of construction projects.">
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.">
