Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Workplace Applications Lead to join our team in Melbourne.

This is a full-time role that will support business engagement and day-to-day operations, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Critical System Support (40%): Ensure timely incident response and resolution, adhering to ITIL-based Service Management processes.
  2. Strategic Change Planning (25%): Develop and implement system changes in accordance with defined Change Management processes and ITIL best practices.
  3. Operational Impact Assessment (15%): Analyze downstream effects of digital system changes on business operations and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
  • Understanding of enterprise corporate business processes.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging digital workplace technologies and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to facilitate large working groups and articulate complex system processes.
