Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Supply Planning and Scheduling Coordinator. This position will involve leading the supply planning process, creating master production schedules, and maintaining detailed schedules on purchase requisitions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in all Supply Chain Team safety initiatives
  • Lead Supply Planning Process: Master Production Schedules for AU work centers as well as maintaining detailed schedule on MIMI Control purchase requisitions in line with tactical plan and inventory targets across key materials including printed roll stock
  • Provide material forecasts derived from S&OP/ tactical plans to critical suppliers and buyers in line with agreements
  • Monitor supplier performance and escalate non-conformance to buying/ procurement team
  • Prepare and present the Supply Planning meeting as part of the formal S&OP/ IBP process
  • Provide support to the team members with leave coverage
  • Participate in activities such as annual stock takes
  • General reporting for the business as required

Requirements

  • 3- 5 years' experience in a Supply Chain role
  • Tertiary Qualifications preferred in a Supply Chain discipline
  • CPIM APICS certification, preferred
  • SAP working knowledge, specifically as a MRP tool
  • High level of competence in Microsoft Excel
  • Good presentations skills
  • Advanced problem-solving capability
  • Understanding of Six Sigma / Lean / Keptner Tregoe methodologies
  • Developing skills in Business Acumen
  • Ability to influence across business and at levels at, above or below own role
