Job Overview

This position is a crucial part of our supply chain operations. We are looking for an individual who can effectively balance demand and supply to meet the needs of our business.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain planning, with experience in demand and supply balancing. They will also have a solid understanding of business operations and be able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Broad supply chain planning discipline role - Demand and Supply balancing for BAU M0 - M3 and New product execution across M-12 to M6
  • This role sits within the Consumer division and covers brands such as Ryobi, AEG, Kango, Empire and Powerfit
  • The stakeholder group includes Import Shipping, domestic Customer, and internal teams in Account, Product, Finance and Marketing
  • Average 30% range refresh per annum
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated supply and/or demand planning skills
  • Solid business acumen
  • Experience with New Product Implementation/Execution in supply chain planning
  • Experience with Demand Control or roles with execution and tactical horizon responsibilities
  • Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated outcomes
  • Strong communication, problem solving and decision making skills
  • High level self-awareness
  • Understanding of ERP systems
