Job Description

As a Sales and Operations Execution Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing the supply chain planning process. Your primary responsibilities will include demand and supply balancing, as well as executing new product launches.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with various stakeholders, including import shipping teams, domestic customers, and internal teams such as accounts, products, finance, and marketing.

You will also be expected to maintain strong collaboration skills, demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, and possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Key Attributes
  • Demonstrated supply and/or demand planning skills
  • Solid business acumen
  • Demonstrated experience of new product implementation or execution in supply chain planning
  • Demonstrated experience with demand control or roles with execution and tactical horizon outcome responsibilities
