About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants at VMCH Wantirna. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, adhering to their care plans and preferences.
  • Engage in activities that promote residents' independence, dignity, and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working in an aged care facility or a similar setting.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Covid-19 vaccination.
