About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants at VMCH Wantirna. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, adhering to their care plans and preferences.
  • Build effective relationships with residents, their families, and the care team.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working in an aged care facility.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
