About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Wantirna Views Care Community.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and mobility
  • Supporting residents with their medication and medical needs
  • Encouraging residents to participate in activities and engage with their community

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $31.24 - $33.14, depending on experience level and qualification
