About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Wantirna Views Care Community.

This is a permanent full-time, part-time, and casual opportunity for a Cert IV qualified individual to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and a passion for working with older adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Support residents with their mobility and transfer needs
  • Engage with residents in activities and provide companionship

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cert IV in Individual Support/Aged Care
  • Nursing students
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Please note that all applicants must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance, and NDIS worker's clearance.
