
Personal Injury Claims Specialist

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Sydney.
You will play a crucial role in supporting people through challenging times by managing a portfolio of personal injury claims and delivering exceptional customer service.
This role requires strong communication skills, empathy and compassion for those navigating complex situations, and the ability to analyse information and make sound decisions.
- Prioritise your workflow to meet key timeframes and deliver a seamless experience
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver proactive case management
- Provide high-quality customer service to injured workers, employers and legislative authorities through compliant, efficient and timely support
About this role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims for small, medium and large NSW employers
- Accurately assess claims and ensure injured workers receive the correct entitlements
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with all stakeholders
Requirements:
- A passion for helping others and a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service
- Strong analytical skills - you know how to review information, identify issues and provide solutions effectively
- A team-focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
- Experience in Workers Compensation or Personal Injury claims is highly regarded
