Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our Payments Team on a contract until May 2025. As a key member of the team, you will support the processing of invoices and weekly payments for Injured workers, Employers, and Treating Health Providers. This role offers a valuable opportunity to develop your skills and experience in the Workers' Compensation industry.

About the Role
  • Provide administrative support to the Workers Compensation Claims Management team by coordinating workflow and other administrative functions.
  • Process accounts for payment in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Answer phone enquiries and respond to customer queries.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Register new claims in a timely and accurate manner.


Your Skills and Experience
  • Administration experience and knowledge of general business and administrative practices.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a team-player attitude.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum depending on experience.
