Job Overview

The role of a Business Process Analyst is multifaceted and plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans utilising logical frameworks and maintaining project timeframes, objectives, and communications by creating and managing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Monitor and track project progressby analysing data and mapping processes to identify and report on metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersto ensure alignment and achieve organisational goals.
  • Conduct process audits and assess the effectivenessof implemented changes by gathering feedback, creating documentation, and providing training to team members, while making necessary adjustments.
