Support the Leadership Team

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to provide crucial support to our dynamic leadership team. As a Team Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Assist with personal assistant tasks for senior business leaders
  • Prepare engaging presentations, slideshows, and packs using creative tools like Canva
  • Liaise with stakeholders and manage internal communications
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a Team Assistant or Personal Assistant role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar tools to create presentations and marketing materials
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
