Role Overview

Lawson Elliott is seeking a highly skilled Business Services Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional advice to clients regarding their tax structuring and other business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert tax compliance and advice to a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Set workloads, review work, and provide mentorship for your team
  • Complete end-to-end compliance for a range of entities
  • Build strong relationships with clients across your portfolio
  • Refine and improve internal processes to better enable your team and wider organization

Requirements

  • At least 6 years business services experience
  • Proven experience managing a team within a professional practice
  • Deep knowledge of tax compliance and ability to turn this into beneficial advice
  • Hands-on experience managing clients across a broad range of industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
