As a Technical Service Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional technical service advice and support. You'll manage the dealer technical hotline, offer first-level technical training, and handle warranty and service bulletin recalls. Collaborating closely with the Customer Service Manager, you'll ensure high quality technical support for Manitou Australia's team, Dealer Networks, and Key/Fleet Account customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding technical service advice to internal and external customers.
- Offer technical sales support to our dealer networks and MAU Dealer Managers Sales/Key Account Managers.
- Analyse requirements, provide tender support, and address specific technical questions.
- Manage and validate factory and local attachments compatibility, load chart, and capacity limiters requests.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and assist Dealer networks and Key/Fleet Account customers.
- Follow up on telephone assistance and "Assist" tickets diligently.
- Occasional visits to Dealers and Key/Fleet Account customers for specialised technical assistance.
- Conduct first-level technical training courses for the Australian and NZ Manitou Dealer Network, Key/Fleet.
- Provide maintenance operator training for dealers and end customers.
- Train dealers on the use of Manitou "e-Tools" as part of our advanced technical training path.
- Manage and validate dealer warranty claims in line with the warranty delegation level, budget, and policy.
- Assist the Customer Service Manager and Technical Training with other tasks and projects as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Extensive technical expertise in electricity (ECU, CAN bus), hydraulics, and engine systems for supporting various machinery, such as Telescopic Handlers, EWP, Forklifts, Tractors, and earthmoving equipment.
- A customer service-oriented mindset, dedicated to exceeding expectations.
- A hardworking and solution-focused approach to challenges.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure while analysing and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Excellent communication skills, encompassing verbal, written, and formal presentations.
- A self-starter and team player with exceptional time management skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google tools.
