Food and Beverage Attendant Job Description

The role of a Food and Beverage Attendant is to provide exceptional service to our valued guests in a fast-paced airport lounge environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Clearing tables and maintaining a clean and tidy service area
  • Providing efficient buffet service with a smile
  • Loading and unloading service trolleys with glassware, cutlery, plates, and crockery
  • Serving beverages using tray service
  • Working collaboratively with multiple departments, including front-of-house, culinary, and stores teams
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude with a strong desire to deliver total customer satisfaction
  • Initiative to ensure positive interactions with customers
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience
  • Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients
  • A high standard of grooming and personal presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
