Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Workshop Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, including inventory management and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with workshop operations, including servicing, repair, and maintenance of drivetrain components
  • Co-develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve profitability, and enhance the customer experience
  • Work within a positive, collaborative work environment and promote a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous learning
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Qualifications and experience in automotive trades, such as machining or mechanics
  • Exceptional time-management skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and a commitment to workplace safety
