Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Teacher to join our team in the area of Materials Design and Technology. The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching and developing the skills of students in this subject area, as well as contributing to the broader curriculum and educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative and engaging teaching practices that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the curriculum and educational goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of collaboration and professional learning.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness and providing targeted support where necessary.
  • Participate in College events and activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Secondary Education (including graduate teachers).
  • Relevant experience in teaching Materials Design and Technology or related subjects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to contribute to the development and implementation of the curriculum and educational goals.
