**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a highly skilled Rigging Operations Manager to oversee the installation of telecom structures and ensure all work is completed in line with technical specifications.

About This Role

This role involves overseeing the installation of telecom structures, upgrading existing networks, and ensuring that all work is completed in line with technical specifications. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in the telecommunication or construction industry
  • Basic knowledge in the use of hand tools
  • Physically fit and able to climb and lift
  • Able to work outdoors (rain, hail or sun)
  • Able to take direction and follow Health and Safety requirements
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Great communication and organisational skills
