Key Account Manager Position

This is a critical role in our expanding sales organization, overseeing strategic relationships and driving business growth.

About the Role
  • Builds and maintains relationships with enterprise clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Identifies new opportunities within existing client base and develops strategies to pursue them.
  • Manages the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closure, including forecasting and prospecting.
  • Conducts thorough account analysis, planning, and management to ensure timely delivery of CRM records.
  • Ensures accurate forecasting and timely management of CRM records.
  • Develops pursuit plans and supports bid management processes.
  • Generates proposals and contracts as required.
  • Provides support to marketing functions, business development, and lead generation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Background in security services or professional services industry preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively across concurrent projects.
  • Ability to remain positive, proactive, and responsible for solving problems.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Technology literacy essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology preferred.
