Seasonal Worker Support Coordinator

We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Seasonal Worker Support Coordinator, providing vital support services to workers from Pacific Island countries and Timor-Leste.
- To provide assistance and guidance to help workers settle into their new environment, workplace, and community;
- To establish strong relationships with workers, ensuring any concerns or issues are addressed promptly and effectively;
- To facilitate access to essential services, such as medical care, as needed;
- To serve as a communication link between workers, our client, and relevant stakeholders;
- To identify potential risks to worker wellbeing and take appropriate action when necessary.
This is a flexible, part-time opportunity, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week, with scope to work up to 38 hours during peak periods. The successful candidate will need to be adaptable and available to work varied hours, including weekends, in order to meet the needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for building strong relationships, patience, and cultural sensitivity. A valid driver's licence is also required, as the role involves regular travel to visit workers and host employers in the Sydney region.
