The estimated salary for this position is between $140,738 and $151,076 per annum.

Job Description:

As a key member of the Perioperative Services team, you will be responsible for leading ongoing continuous quality improvement and coordinating clinical best practice within contemporary methods of education and workforce training.

You will lead and coordinate training programs for all staff, including undergraduate and postgraduate students, Registered Nurses (N2), and Clinical Nurses (N3) in the Perioperative Services space. Additionally, you will be involved in hospital-wide education initiatives.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes

• Collaborate with clinicians and educators to design and deliver training programs

• Provide guidance and support to junior staff members

• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in healthcare delivery
