We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality sushi and Japanese cuisine in a welcoming and fast-paced environment. We are urgently looking for a skilled and reliable Sushi Roll Maker to join our team due to staff turnover.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a wide range of sushi rolls (hand roll, baby roll, rice paper roll etc.)
- Maintain consistency in quality, portion, and presentation
- Follow hygiene and food safety protocols at all times
- Assist with kitchen prep, stock rotation, and cleaning
- Work efficiently under pressure during busy hours

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a sushi roll maker
- Attention to detail and good knife skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
- Valid working rights in Australia
