Our client is seeking an experienced and highly passionate Aged Care
**Residential Manager** to establish themselves within the
**60-bed** contemporary facility, to lead their professional and multidisciplinary team.

This facility provides a safe, flexible and caring family-style environment focused on providing exceptional levels of support and care to all its residents within the facility located in
**Newport**.

With a dedicated and highly qualified Clinical Care team, the goal of this
**not-for-profit** organisation is to maximise the health and well-being of its occupants whilst nurturing the individual's choices and values.

**Reporting to the General Manager, your duties will include**:

- Manage day to day operations of a 60-bed Aged Care facility
- Lead a team of care managers, ACFI coordinator and care staff
- Control of recruitment, rostering and training of staff
- Participate and lead company meetings and special projects/activities
- Focus on staff management and development to maintain a positive workplace
- Assist in budget planning - with a focus on occupancy and funding income

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a Facility or Care Manager in Aged Care
- Registered Nursing qualification
