Key Role: We are seeking a Market Field Manager to lead our market development efforts in the tunnelling industry.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our product strategy for the tunnelling segment. This involves setting goals, defining target markets, identifying product differentiation, and positioning our products effectively in the tunnelling industry.

You will conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends specific to the tunnelling segment. You will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide technical expertise and support in promoting and selling tunnelling products.

Furthermore, you will build relationships and collaborate with industry experts, consultants, and research institutions specializing in tunnelling to stay updated with the latest advancements and trends.

Requirements:

">

- A Tertiary qualification in Civil, Geotechnical, or Mining Engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines.

- A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience within the tunnelling industry.

- A thorough understanding of TBM's, NATM and relevant tunnelling product knowledge.

- Experience and knowledge of construction chemicals and sprayed concrete.

- Advanced computer and analytical skills.
