Job Overview

We are excited to partner with the Department of Social Services to deliver the Inclusive Employment Australia program across key regions in New South Wales and Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement a quality and performance framework with Regional Managers and track progress against key milestones.
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance on quality and performance within the contract.
  • Develop, track, and report on KPIs and compliance requirements, providing actionable insights to support performance.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and organisational development, helping shape initiatives that enhance service quality and client outcomes.
  • Liaise with external partners, funders, and stakeholders on reporting, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement efforts.
