Inclusive Employment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Inclusive Employment Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing workplace support and innovative solutions for sustainable employment.
- Provide tailored support to individuals with disabilities to facilitate their transition into the workforce.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers to promote inclusive hiring practices and job opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to inform your work.
To succeed in this position, you will require:
- A strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities in commencing new employment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sales, and customer service background.
- The ability to build trust and rapport with both customers and employers.
You will also need:
- An organized approach, with strong problem-solving skills, conflict resolution, and time management abilities.
- Experience in disability or DES, with a proven track record of success.
