**Logistics Coordinator Role Summary**:

Join our team as a Logistics Coordinator, responsible for coordinating logistics, warehousing, and order processing activities across the Supply Chain. This exciting role will be a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate the import of selected orders, including facilitating the flow of required information between vendors, freight forwarders, warehouses, transport, farms, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Process direct delivery invoicing within the required timeframe to ensure customers and vendors are invoiced as required.
  • Raise inbound purchases, outbound sales, and inter-warehouse transfers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure orders are processed to maximise truck utilisation.
  • Conduct stock reconciliations on a weekly basis to ensure accurate records.
  • Maintain regular communication with key vendors.

**Requirements:**

  • International Logistics or Business Management degree.
  • Experience in food manufacturing.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong mathematical and problem solving ability.
  • Ability to develop and nurture positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work individually and part of a team.
